I love thinking with people, especially about the things you haven’t seen yet. I get genuinely excited about bringing new ideas into the world. When something feels right, needed, and aligned, my whole system lights up. That fire is what you see in Contentas, in Equilibrium, in everything I build.
I don’t think in words first: I think in images. I see the concept, the website, the logo, the design before it exists. From there, I translate what’s in my head into something real and tangible.
To stay balanced in this work, I ground myself. I meditate, I reflect, I keep growing. Even the way I travel has changed; it’s no longer about consuming places, but about contributing to them. Creating exchange instead of one-way movement. Next to that, I LOVE dancing, drawing, singing, running in the forest and all other expressive things.

During the year, we discovered that we complement each other. We provide a high-quality cocktail of our strengths and create magical things together. Where Sharon shines bright in copywriting, Guusje finds her passion in design. However, we teach each other
our skills on a daily basis!

I’m inspired by people. By community. By the way, in Asia — where I lived for an extended period — everyone lifts each other up and contributes: small acts of care that make life richer for everyone. That spirit drives everything I do. I want to bring that mindset to the Western world: helping companies that make an impact, connecting with meaningful people, and turning ideas into results that matter.
With a very active ADHD mind, I’m fortunate to come up with idea after idea:far more than I can execute myself. That’s why I love sharing them with businesses: helping them make an even stronger impact. Contentas was born from that need for balance: to channel my energy, creativity, and ideas in a way that feels focused and sustainable.
And that’s why already for 5 years we put creatieve energy in companies we care about: something I love doing!
Equilibrium Festival is another expression of this vision: creating a space where people can find balance, explore new perspectives, and connect with each other. Community is at the heart of it : we bring tools, experiences, and inspiration together so everyone leaves feeling a little more grounded, a little more connected.
Social impact is deeply personal to me. With Spread the Love Volunteers in Barcelona, we provide food and build community for people experiencing homelessness: showing up consistently with care and compassion. Besides that I love to teach yoga in my free time and run well-being events that are focussed on Acient Asian wisdom.
I think in connections first: people, ideas, opportunities - and then bring them to life. Creativity, purpose, and balance come together in everything I build. That’s how I hope to make the world a little better, one idea at a time.
